Day 1 – Jammu to Srinagar (259 km)
- Arrive at Jammu and proceed towards Srinagar. On arrival, you will be met and assisted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Srinagar. The evening is free for leisure activities or a relaxing stroll by Dal Lake. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
- After breakfast, embark on a morning sightseeing tour of Srinagar, visiting the beautiful Mughal Gardens. Explore Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) built by Asaf Khan in 1632 AD, and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) built by Emperor Jehangir for his wife, Empress Nur Jahan. These gardens are set against the majestic backdrop of the Zabarwan Hills on the banks of Dal Lake. Later, visit a local handicraft shop to see Kashmiri shawls, paper mache crafts, and carpets. The afternoon is free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3- Srinagar to Sonmarg – Srinagar
- After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, famously known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Situated at an altitude of 2,743m, Sonmarg is the gateway to Ladakh and is known for its stunning landscapes and the Sindh River, popular for trout fishing in summer. You may also opt for a pony ride (at your own expense) to the Thajiwas Glacier for a thrilling experience of snow and ice. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 – Day 04: Srinagar to Gulmarg – Srinagar (50 km)
- Start your day with a scenic drive to Gulmarg, also known as the “Meadow of Flowers.” Located at an altitude of 2,730m, Gulmarg boasts one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest 18-hole golf course. If weather permits, enjoy stunning views of Nanga Parbat, one of the tallest peaks in the region. You can also take the Gondola cable car ride up to Khilanmarg (at your own expense). Return to Srinagar by evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 – Srinagar to Pahalgam (90 km)
- Post breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, the “Valley of Shepherds,” a 3-hour journey passing through saffron fields at Pampore and the ancient ruins of Awantipura (dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman). Marvel at the lush pine forests and enjoy the scenic beauty along the Lidder River. Spend the evening exploring the countryside, walking along pony trails, or simply soaking in the natural beauty. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 6 – Pahalgam to Srinagar Departure (90 km)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar for your onward journey. Transfer to the airport or bus stand for your departure, taking with you unforgettable memories of your Kashmir adventure.
